Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of NanoSynthc. This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Permitted Uses

• Training and evaluating machine learning models
• Software testing and quality assurance
• Academic and scientific research
• Product development and prototyping
• Data pipeline testing and benchmarking
• Compliance testing and audit preparation
• Educational purposes and training

Prohibited Uses

You may not use NanoSynthc to:

• Impersonate real individuals: Generate data with the intent to represent it as real personal data, or to impersonate specific real persons
• Commit fraud: Use synthetic data in any scheme involving fraud, identity theft, phishing, or financial deception
• Discriminate: Generate data designed to train models that discriminate against protected classes
• Circumvent regulations: Use synthetic data to circumvent data protection laws or regulatory requirements that apply to your real data
• Malicious AI: Train models intended to harm individuals, spread misinformation, or enable surveillance
• Reverse engineering: Attempt to extract proprietary algorithms, models, or trade secrets from the Service
• Abuse: Circumvent rate limits, share credentials, or automate account creation
• Illegal content: Generate data that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Competing products: Use the Service to build a substantially similar synthetic data product

Uploaded Data Requirements

When uploading data for profiling, you represent that:

• You have the legal right to process and upload the data
• The data does not violate any third-party rights
• If the data contains personal information, you have obtained all necessary consents or have a lawful basis for processing
• The data does not contain classified, restricted, or export-controlled information

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this AUP and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of your account without refund. We may also report violations to law enforcement if required by law.
